Day 1 of The Beachbody Challenge
I can’t remember the last time I really took a run … In this challenge I committed to run at least 3 days out of the week in addition to my P90X schedule. Today I took it light and did a 1 mile run … I felt good that I didn’t stop at all and I believe I could have done more, I did it and that’s what counted! I think the only real running I’ve done was at last years “run for her” and I was working not really running, lol. These workouts will be good to help me for this years run.
One thing I’m focusing on as well during this challenge in my time management. I’ve always said I don’t have time …. I’m too busy … But I know I can make time .. Like Tony says “suck it up” and I sure will.
