Decide on the time!

Today I’m not feeling to great! The reason is because I didn’t get my workout in this morning! I told myself that tonight I’ll make the time! Well, you know what could typically happen? Do you? Something will come up …. Or …. Tiredness kicks in! … Oh wait .. Laziness? Well maybe not that! But for me, sometimes I get home later than normal, I want to get some one on one time in with my son and wife … That leads to “it’s too late”, “I got to get up for work early the next morning”, the body needs rest if working out you know! Lol…. Excuses? What do you think!? I think it really begins with managing every bit of time you have! So my advice, COMMIT TO A TIME EVERY SINGLE DAY! AND DOOOO ITTTT, Shaun T says, treat your fitness like a business! If you want results map it out! Believe it or not i do commit to a time, 4am every morning, I schedule it, I schedule my meals every day too! If not I loose track, last week I lost track due to the recovery week I was in with P90X, it wasn’t “enough” for me! That was an excuse I don’t want to live with, that was me not wanting it! I DO WANT IT! we all slip at times, and that’s okay, but have a game plan created and go for it! When life gives in, after it’s done, keep pushing! If you think about it, it really is as simple as saying it, do it! Show up, press play, eat good and the results will come! Decide and commit to a time!
